Easter 2011

It was beautiful day, as usual, at the St. George Temple. Here are my kids all dressed up for their Easter pics.

My sister April and I put on our annual Easter Egg Hunt. My parents were able to come to St. George for Easter this year, so we had a nice brunch and then headed outside to my egg-filled backyard. It's so funny how Jaxon could care less about rushing himself, whereas Jaxon had determination in his eyes the second he spotted his first egg. I think all the kids will have enough candy to last them until Halloween.

FLUFFY

Here is the newest member of our family, "Fluffy", the cutest bunny ever! This is the first pet we have ever had. Triniti takes care of fluffy like he is a baby (she will make a wonderful mother some day). I decided that bunnies make the best pets, because they don't make a sound. No "meows" or "ruff ruffs" here.

I can't believe how time flies! Although I won't ever miss being pregnant, and I am sad that I won't have a little baby to hold anymore. My tiny 5 lb 1 oz Braxton and 5 lb 14 oz Jaxon were brought into this world on March 28, 2008 in the OR at 7:15 AM. Now at 3 years old, they have surpassed 30 pounds. They are probably still too little to really know what a birthday is all about, but they enjoyed making every person sing the "Happy Birthday" song to them over and over and over again. They had the cutest Monster's Inc. birthday cake and loved getting new toys. I was so amazed 3 years ago when they were hooked up to all sorts of machines and had tubes sticking out all over their bodies, I knew they had it in them to pull through. I look at them today and feel so blessed that they are perfectly healthy. I know they will continue to grow and be something great. They are so lucky to have a best friend for life. Happy 3 year old birthday boys!!!

It's Splash Time!

It has been an incredibly long winter for everyone this year, okay, not as bad for us southerners! Finally spring has hit and we got slammed with some much needed 80 degree weather. St. George has the most amazing splash pad/river at Town Square. I took my four kiddos in their bathing suits, and we spent the whole day soaking up the sun. I love going to Town Center because it is free and I don't have to worry about one of my kids drowning. The kids are growing up so fast, and I absolutely love the age they are at right now. It's going to be a great summer, which anything would be better than last.
